REFUND POLICY
At Bricebelle LLC, we specialize in curated gift boxes for specific holidays and life events. Due to the time-sensitive nature, limited availability, and custom assembly of our event boxes (including but not limited to Easter, Mother’s Day, and Birthdays), all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests. This includes:
Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds once an order is placed.
Late Arrivals: While we ship items to align with holiday dates, we are not responsible for carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Recipient Issues: We do not offer refunds if a gift recipient is unavailable or refuses the delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your box arrives damaged or if an item is missing/incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirements: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the damaged contents.
If a defect is verified, we will, at our sole discretion, send a replacement item or issue a partial store credit. Because our boxes are often tied to specific holidays, we cannot guarantee a replacement will arrive before the event date.
Address Accuracy
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Bricebelle LLC is not responsible for boxes delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for boxes marked "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
